DEPUTY Mayor of the Rural City of Mildura, Cr Ali Cupper has called out what she says is high pricing on tickets for the Trail of Lights at Lock Island.

Located on the north side of Lock 11 in Mildura, the Trail of Lights is an expansive art installation featuring 12,500 fixtures with strands of optic fibre flowing from them and created by Bruce Munro.
