ROAD users were forced to take evasive action when an unlicensed motorist drove at high speed on the wrong side of Ontario Avenue after police tried to intercept him a court has been told.

Mildura Magistrates' Court heard that 26-year-old Jayden Day lacked impulsive control and was an ongoing risk to the community due to his repeat offending, including poor driving record.
