OPERATIONS at the Mildura Law Courts was severely disrupted by a power outage on Wednesday caused by an overnight storm.

Only a handful of the 70 listed cases were heard by a magistrate on Wednesday and none of those were conducted in the normal courtroom facilities, but via either mobile phone cameras or laptop computers.
