A CLASS action lawsuit against Treasury Wines Estates Ltd had been settled prior to a seven-week trial commencing in Victoria's Supreme Court.

The company agreed to pay a $65 million settlement over claims it had issued misleading earnings guidance to shareholders in 2018 and 2019.
