THE lion will be let out of the cage in early October with the Brisbane Roar are set to play preseason match in Mildura as part of the One Agency Mildura A-League Festival of Sport.

Roar's chief operations officer Zac Anderson said the team is excited to put on a show in front of a regional crowd that may have never seen high-level football in-person.
