A DATE has been set for a committal hearing for former AFL player Nick Stevens over $144,000 of alleged fraud related to a swimming pool business he operated in Mildura.

At Mildura Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, Stevens' counsel said it was anticipated the hearing would take four days, given 10 witnesses would be cross-examined.
