MILDURA Racing Club's annual Melbourne Cup meeting remains in doubt with Country Racing Victoria officials to make a decision next month.

Races have not been held at the MRC track since March, its two September TAB meetings transferred to other tracks because of COVID-19.

MRC manager, Jarratt Farley, said the club could lose up to $60,000 in turn-over if the November meeting doesn't go ahead.
