THE new Mildura Base Public Hospital logo makes clear a change has occurred, but could have incorporated some health-related imagery, a marketing expert says.

On September 15, when the transition from private to public management takes place, the current Mildura Base Hospital will adopt new branding.

The new name and logo were made public in Sunraysia Daily last week.
