WHILE Mildura Waves remains closed to combat the spread of COVID-19, works are still underway to complete the facility's $720,000 overhaul. 

Major upgrades began in February this year to transform the family, women's and men's change rooms which represent the biggest upgrade to the facilities in more than 20 years.
