POLICE are investigating the circumstances surrounding an assault in Mildura in the early hours of March 30.
It is believed a man approached a woman at Deakin Avenue about 12.40am and assaulted her.
The alleged offender is described as Caucasian, aged 16-20 years, about 160-170cm tall, with brown hair, and he was wearing a white t-shirt and light-coloured shorts.
Investigators have released an image of a male who they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
